Freelance – Operate from a Home Office and operate in a vertical SME market in which you have some knowledge or are allocated by WAAM sales management.
District – Operate from a Serviced or small rented Office with a minimal staff within a defined geographical zone.
City – A bigger operation as the WAAM representative for a Capital City or Major Regional City in Australia or New Zealand.
It would be possible to become a State Franchise by taking on options 3 & 2 within one States boundaries and managing any option 1 franchises within that State (or Country in the case of New Zealand)
Training & Set-Up:
Once the business has been established and the territory selected, WAAM will begin its extensive training program to ensure the owner/operator is completely comfortable and confident with the overall operations.
WAAM will implement an opening schedule (8 weeks till opening) to ensure you the business owner/operator are completely comfortable with the way your own business will operate. Included in the schedule will be a training program that will consist of the following 3 weeks;
Week 1 - Conceptual Training Support Office
Week 2 - Procedural Training In existing branch
Week 3 - Operational Training In existing branch
In addition to this specific training the Support Office will assist and guide the franchisee through the set up and branch opening.
Business Operation Procedures & Methodology:
Customer Service & Management:
Staff Management, Problem Solving, issues that will be faced, and General Q&A.
Local Contract Management.
Sourcing and negotiations with local service providers.
Marketing:
Local marketing techniques that have worked for existing outlets At the conclusion of the induction program, the Franchisee will be given a detailed Franchise Operations Manual that will assist in the ongoing operations. Included in the Manual will be a Local Area Marketing Plan that will be customised and implemented into the new territory in consultation with the Sales & Marketing Co-coordinator.
Franchisee Support:
WAAM will have a central support number that will allow Franchisees to call in for support assistance or information. The team at WAAM is fully committed to your businesses smooth operation and successful growth within the network, and is only too willing to assist in any way possible. In fact, the WAAM Support Co-coordinator will also provide hands on support in the initiation period of your business with regular visits as required or requested.
Our Franchise network can also take advantage of your bulk buy contracts for business consumables to ensure that the bottom line profit is increased wherever possible. These contracts will be negotiated by the Franchisor on behalf of the franchise network.
Trading Partner Negotiations:
At times, your Franchise operation will require the services of outside contractors for tasks within the business. Your Franchisor will assist in the negotiations for these requirements with vendors to secure the best service at the most competitive rates.
Marketing:
WAAM will implement their corporate marketing strategy once the network of Franchise partners has been established and the territories across Australia can be accommodated. Until this point, the business has a local marketing process that will be implemented in each region that a franchise is established. WAAM has a unique marketing program that will enable the Franchisee to service their local area in a “Meet & Greet” style process.
More information on this process will be disclosed during the training and induction program.
Corporate Website:
Over the past 7 years that the website has been in operation, we endeavour to ensure that WAAM is top of the list within major web search engines. This aim, to continue in the first 5 listings, will be maintained and benefits passed through to each Franchise by personal listings in their location and territories for online bookings.
Yellow Pages:
WAAM has existing advertisements within the Yellow Pages and other local guides across many major capital cities. Franchisees are encouraged to maximise the exposure of their business with premium, high class display and prime positioning.
